Delivery Policy

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman)

We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 4:00 PM within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

Next-Day Delivery (Other Emirates)

For Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance for next-day delivery.

Delivery Time Slots

Deliveries are scheduled during the following time slots:

  • 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for all orders within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman — no shipping fees apply.

  • For deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Khorfakkan, Umm Al Quwain, and Hatta, a fee of AED 150 applies.

  • Orders above AED 700 qualify for free delivery to all Emirates.
